Our Cheeses and More program enables you to preorder French cheeses and foie gras mi-cuit online. Through our partnership with one of the premier cheese importers in the US, we can:
- Offer you an exciting selection of hard-to-find cheeses made by some of the most experienced cheese makers in France.
- Make sure that the cheeses you receive are in their early stages of "affinage": you decide if and how long you want to let them ripen.
- Keep costs as low as possible: we place our orders based on your preorders, thus minimizing the risk and expense of spoilage.
Other important details about the Cheeses and More program:
- Items are packed in Styrofoam coolers with gel ice and shipped via FedEx Express for a flat shipping fee of $24.95.
- Cheeses and More are shipped separately from all other products we sell: you will not be able to include Dry Goods or Fresh Meats on the order form.
- Delivery dates are tied to the arrival dates of the cheese containers and allow for the typical Customs/FDA clearance time. Delivery may be slightly delayed if FDA inspectors delay clearance. We appreciate your understanding.
- Cheeses and More are available on a monthly basis, except during the Summer.
