Duck Legs with Garlic and Lime
Cuisses de Canard à l'Ail et au Citron Vert

Serves: 6 : 6

Directions
Preheat the oven to 450º. Rub duck with oil and lime. Place next seven ingredients in a plastic bag and shake duck legs in plastic bag. Roast in 450º oven for 10 mn. Reduce oven to 350º and cook approximately 40 mn or until slightly pink. Do not overcook. The same recipe may be used, grilling the duck instead of roasting (reduce cooking time slightly).

1 Tbsp garlic powder
