Ebly with Ham and Zucchini
Ebly au Jambon et aux Courgettes

Serves: 4 : 4

Directions
In a skillet, sauté diced zucchini in olive oil. Add Ebly, diced ham and mix. Add water, white wine, and mix well. Stirring occasionally, cook under medium heat until liquid is fully absorbed, about 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add grated cheese and crushed garlic; stir and cook an additional minute. Serve hot.
