Ebly Shrimp Salad
Salad à l'Ebly et aux Crevettes

Serves: 4 : 4

Directions
Cook Ebly in a large pot of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water. In a bowl, whisk the olive oil, vinegar, shallots, salt and pepper to taste. Add Ebly, shrimp, avocado, apple and dill. Mix well and serve right away.
