Lamb Shoulder with Tapenade
Epaule d'Agneau à la Tapenade

Serves: 4 : Makes 4 servings

Directions
Spread tapenade all over the lamb. Set into an oven-proof dish; surround with garlic cloves, add water and oil. No need to add salt or pepper. Roast in 425º oven for 45 minutes.
