Melon Soup with Port and Prosciutto
Soupe de Melon au Porto et au Jambon de Parme

Serves: 6 : 6

Directions
Cut the melons in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into chunks. Place the pieces of melon, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor and purée. To serve, set the chilled soup in six bowls. Stir one tablespoon of Port in each bowl and garnish with the strips of prosciutto.
