Roasted Asparagus with Truffle Oil
Asperges Vertes à l'Huile de Truffe

Serves: 4 : 4

Directions
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer in a large baking sheet. Brush the asparagus with the truffle oil and roll the spears to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender and lightly blistered, 8 to 10 minutes depending on size. Transfer the asparagus to a platter and sprinkle with lemon zest and grated parmesan. Serve immediately.
