Turkey Breast with Honey
Medaillons de Dinde au Miel

Serves: 4 : 4

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Cut the turkey breast in four pieces of equal thickness. Melt the butter in an oven-proof dish. Add the honey, mustard, powdered ginger and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the slices of turkey breast in the dish in one layer and turn them several times so they are well coated with the mixture. Bake in the oven for half an hour, basting the meat occasionally. Turn the turkey over; bake and baste for another half hour. When done, transfer meat and sauce to a warm platter and garnish with sprigs of watercress.
